Frequently Asked Questions
How
long will it take to ship?
We usually have all products
in stock. Package #1 is generally shipped within 3 business
days of the order via FedEx. Package #1 is shipped in three
separate boxes; equipment usually arrives 5 business
days after being shipped.
What
is the shipping price for Package #1?
The flat-rate shipping charge is $80.
Do
you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for
a shipping quote.
Where
do I buy screens, inks, shirts, etc?
Package #1 included in Starter Kit contains a
book that will contain all of this information. You don't have
to order these supplies through us; you can get them directly
from the manufactures at a great price.
Do
I have to assemble Package #1?
Yes, but it will take you more time to unpack all the boxes than
to assemble Package #1. The video included with Package #1 will show you how to assemble
the machine. Assembly is simple and only basic tools are required.
Does
Package #1 include everything I need to get started?
Package #1 includes almost everything you need to get started. There are a
few supplies that are not included.
1) Plexi-Glass
(used when burning your image into the screen)
2) Transparencies or Vellum (needed for artwork)
3) T-shirts (you know what these are for)
Can
Package #1 do multiple colors?
Yes, Package #1 is very unique. Our
system gives users the capabilities of doing multiple colors. Package
#1 can produce four color prints with no problem.
How
much space is required?
Package #1 is very compact. It
can be operated in a very tight space; many customers operate
the machine in a spare bedroom. A 6' x 6' room is sufficient
space to operate this machine. To ensure that Package #1
does not move during operation, Package #1 should be secured
to a counter or table-top with a screw.
Am
I limited to t-shirts?
No, you can print on many
different mediums. You can print on sweatshirts, bandannas,
signs, mouse pads, stickers, etc. The item you want to
print must be flat in order to utilize our machines. You
won't be able to print mugs, pens, etc. on this machine. Inks
and dry time will vary for different mediums. You may have
to do some research to find out if it is possible to print on
a certain item.
How
do I silkscreen, prepare artwork, and burn images into a screen?
All of these questions can be answered by visiting our Learning
Center. We will show you all of these techniques (and much more).
